When you'd rather not take it on yourself, I can prepare your application for you — from the key documents right through to handling the whole thing.

At its simplest, I'll prepare your Schedule of Works and Heritage Statement around the windows and doors you've chosen, and email them to you within 7–10 days, ready to submit. From there it scales to a full hands-on service: a site visit where it's needed, help choosing the right supplier for your chosen windows — timber, steel, whatever suits — and preparing and managing the submission from start to finish.

Because every listed building is different, the exact scope and price are agreed after a short conversation. Most projects fall between £800 and £1,200, with the windows themselves quoted separately.
